How To Get Involved (Part II): Find Support

Now that you have figured out what you're passionate about, you can decide how you would like to use your time and talents to help others. Finding support among friends and family who would like to volunteer as well is a step in the right direction. Volunteering with people you love makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Maybe you want to do more than volunteer at an afterschool program; perhaps you want to hold a toy drive around the Holidays, or even start your own organization. This requires support from many different groups of people. You can enlist the support of clubs at school, Church groups, sports teams, friends, and family. These groups of people will be able to help you in your endeavors. You can even ask The Kindness Campaign for some help; we would be more than happy to assist you!

"We get to make a living; we give to make a life." -Winston Churchill
